Brighton sign Wieffer from Feyenoord

Dutch midfielder joins Premier League club

Brighton & Hove Albion have completed the signing of Netherlands international midfielder Mats Wieffer from Feyenoord.

The 24-year-old has signed a four-year deal with the Premier League club, for an undisclosed fee.

Wieffer made his debut for the Netherlands national team in 2022, and has been capped seven times by his country.

He joins a Brighton side that is currently eighth in the Premier League, and will be looking to help them push for a place in Europe next season.
